Arrival and Logistics
Call or text me at 562.212.1965 if you have any problems finding the location.
For those staying in the tower, the site opens at 4:30[m on Friday and checkout is at 10:00am on Tuesday.
If you are not staying overnight in the tower, there are motels and airbnbs within walking distance.
Public street parking is available. Please observe signage.
Adult games start on Saturday.
There will be a meetup on Friday night for anyone interested.
Meals will be takeout, doordash, or nearby dine in.
There is a full kitchen for anyone that would like to bring their own food and drinks.

OCCUPANCY - Our rental for this location is approved for 13 participants at a time.
PARKING - Parking is a very serious violation in Seal Beach for Vacation Rentals. In addition to receiving a Parking Ticket, your reservation will be subject to a fine up to a $1,000.00. - No Parties/Unauthorized gatherings
PATIO - No Patio Access after 10pm
KIDS - Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
PETS - This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
NOISE -Tenants are responsible for all penalties and fines incurred during their stay including but not limited to Sunset Beach Municipal Code Section 5.95.020 regarding Occupancy and Municipal Code Section 5.95.050 (A) regarding Disturbing the Peace.
SMOKING - No Smoking on premises, Marijuana & Vaping included. A fine up to $500 will be charged to the guest found to be in violation of our Smoking Policy.
-Tenants will also be held responsible for loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
